If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from leyanonline.com, you can return your item(s) for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.

We don’t currently accept exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, we recommend returning the unwanted item within the 30 day window, and placing a new order.

What if my item arrived damaged?
If your product was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing, please email our team for assistance.
When will I get my refund?
It may take 15 business days for your return to reach our warehouse in China. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your card will be credited within 3-5 business days after your return is processed. Please Note: depending on your credit card company, you may not see the credit on your statement for up to 2 billing cycles.
Return your product in original packaging, sheet with your order # and a list of items being returned. You can use the shipping company of your choice at your own expense. You will not be refunded the cost of return shipping. We recommend writing down the tracking number from the label in case there is a problem.
