Shopping Information

When will my order get to me?

You will receive a shipment notification when your order ships from our warehouse.International packages are usually delivered within 1-2 weeks, but occasionally longer due to customs delays.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is valid on international orders.Our primary sales location is the United States and Europe , but we also provide services to other countries.

What is the processing time for my order to leave your warehouse?

All orders are dispatched within 2-3 days maximum. Our warehouse processes orders Monday – Saturday, 9am-6pm PST except weekends and holidays.

What if I received the wrong item? Or my item arrived damaged?

If you received the wrong product, or it was received damaged due to shipping or manufacturing please chat,or email our team for assistance.

I Want to Return an Item, What Do I Do?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from leyanonline.com, you can return your item(s) for free* for a full refund within 30 days of purchase. (Returned items must be in their original packaging and in new and unused condition.

Please note: You can use the shipping company of your choice at your own expense. You will not be refunded the cost of return shipping.

My shipping and/or billing address is wrong, can we change/fix it?

If you entered the wrong address, please chat or email us as soon as possible, once the order has shipped we can’t modify the address.

Can I exchange an item?

We don’t currently accept exchanges. If you wish to order a different item, we recommend returning the unwanted item within the 30 day window, and placing a new order.

Can I cancel an item?

We can cancel an item from your order for a short period of time after the order is placed before it starts being processed in our system.

Payment Information

When can I expect my refund?

It may take 15 business days for your return to reach our warehouse in China. Once it is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Your card will be credited within 3-5 business days after your return is processed. Please Note: depending on your credit card company, you may not see the credit on your statement for up to 2 billing cycles.

I have an account with you but I forgot my password, can you help?

Our login page should allow you to recover your lost password or create a new one, simply use the “I forgot my password” link on the login page and follow the next steps.

I’m trying to reset my password but haven’t received the password reset email can you resend it?

If the automated password recovery method isn’t working, make sure you check your spam, or feel free to contact our team, we’ll be happy to help.

Do you have to have an account to place an order?

Having an account isn’t required to place an order, creating your personalized account will allow you to track your orders, edit billing/shipping info, return items easily and place your orders faster in the future.

Can I delete all of my personal data from your systems?

You may want to review or delete your personal data from our systems, we are happy to help with these requests, please chat or email our team for assistance.
