Order processing times

All orders are dispatched within 2-3 days maximum. When we’re extra busy, it may take up to 3 days.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders. Our primary sales location is the United States and Europe, but we also provide services to other countries.

What are my shipping & delivery options?

All orders are shipped using courier services and can be tracked online.International packages are usually delivered within 1-3 weeks, but occasionally longer due to customs delays, and there may be import duties/taxes/fees applied by your country. Please be aware of these potential fees; they aren’t included in our shipping fees and they are your responsibility as the customer.

In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.

Do you deliver internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

What happens if my order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

Risk Of Lost or Stolen Packages

Your order will be shipped to the shipping address you specified at checkout. Please select a secure location for delivery. Once the package leaves the warehouse with our shipping carrier, you accept the responsibility for lost or stolen packages. If your package is delivered, and you determine it has been damaged, lost or stolen, it is your responsibility to file a claim with the applicable carrier for any damaged and/or lost shipments.
